Cha-Ching

That’s how I feel about what happened today. We worshiped God our Father because of what His Son, Jesus Christ did for us, and we were able to do this because of the Spirit that He left for us to spurn our hearts toward worship and love.

I have to say that though I was partly distracted because I was trying to remember chords and words and trying to stay on time, I was in to the worship today. I realize that I have used “I” a lot in this post already, but I’m telling you what happened today to me. But I place my joy and excitement in something greater.

When we make God big and great in our life, worship happens. This was the goal of my life this week. I did not do a very good job of it the whole time (in fact, for the majority, I blew it), but I really focused on centering myself on Him. This post could be about all the times I messed up, but because of the great love the Father has lavished on us, He looked past all that and revealed a new glimpse of Himself anyway!
